Mold condition inspection

Record observable conditions and turn findings into traceable actions.

  1. Identify the mold, revision, date, inspector and inspection condition. Read the manual and safety procedure before access.
  2. Inspect accessible, authorized areas only. Do not disassemble or energize equipment to complete this checklist.
  3. For each item select acceptable, finding, not inspected or not applicable. Record the documented criterion; a checked box does not certify fitness for service.
  4. Link every finding to a location, photograph, proposed action, owner and date. Release requires an authorized decision.

Fictional example

FICTIONAL: mold DEMO-01; a stain is observed next to cooling connection C2. Photo DEMO-01-C2-01. Status: finding. This does not establish an active leak. Action: request an authorized check; release pending.
