Resource use
Resources are free, with no account or purchase required. You may use them professionally and adapt them for personal or internal use, retaining attribution and labeling changes. Do not resell or present a modified version as an original VYRCO resource. External documents belong to their owners and are linked without redistribution.
Technical responsibility
These are documentation tools and general guidance, not authorization to perform work, certification or a guarantee of results. Application requires competent personnel, manufacturer instructions, current drawings and authorized procedures. Examples labeled fictional are not specifications.
Privacy of current functionality
Favorites use local storage in this browser, containing resource IDs, without synchronization to VYRCO. Remove them by unselecting resources or clearing site data. This library includes no accounts, submission forms, advertising or VYRCO-added analytics. Search runs in the browser. Search terms and filters may appear in the URL; when that address is opened or shared, they may be retained in browser history and hosting technical logs. Do not enter personal, confidential or client information in search. Editable forms do not send entries to VYRCO; entries are retained only when you download a copy. The library code adds no tracking cookies. Hosting and infrastructure may process technical connection data under their own terms.
Email and external links
If you email info@vyrco.com, your email provider and the recipient will process the information you send to respond to your inquiry. Do not attach confidential information. External links have their own policies. You may request clarification or deletion of messages you sent to that address; applicable obligations and technical copies may limit the scope.
Changes and contact
Version 1.1, 2026-10-30. Clarification about searches in URLs; functionality and data collection are unchanged. Corrections will be identified through versions. Contact: info@vyrco.com. This page describes implemented features; it does not claim certification or automatic compliance in every jurisdiction.
Protection and connection data
The IP address is processed to limit downloads. The counter stores a daily UTC HMAC identifier, counters and expiry; it stores neither the plain IP nor the requested filename. Expired records are cleaned during subsequent requests after a 24-hour grace period. Without traffic, records can remain until the next cleanup. Hosting infrastructure may retain its own logs. Counters are not used for advertising.
Voluntary contributions
Payment takes place on PayPal, outside VYRCO. Check the recipient, amount and currency before confirming. It grants no Pro files and is never required for downloads. VYRCO does not claim charitable status or promise tax deductibility.
Fair use
Download protection: up to 30 requests per minute and 200 per UTC day per IP. Shared networks share this allowance. Contributions do not change these limits. File uploads and public writes are not available. Automated requests must not evade the limits.
Interactive tools and local files
Data entered into the tools is processed in your browser. It is not sent to the server or saved automatically. Saving a project creates a JSON file on your device; opening it reads only the file you select. CSV and PDF reports may contain all your inputs: choose where to keep them and who to share them with. Formulas and examples are general technical guidance; each tool’s assumptions, units and limitations form part of its result.
Word and Excel documents
Your file entries are not sent to VYRCO. Store and share copies appropriately. Cloud synchronization in your office application is subject to that service’s policies. Avoid unnecessary sensitive identifiers and credentials.
The .docx and .xlsx files contain fictional examples and editable work areas. They have no macros or external connections. Formulas, dates and alerts help organize information; check results and the guide’s limitations before making decisions. These are general templates, not official forms.
Protection against repeated requests
In addition to download quotas, the server uses temporary, in-memory counters to slow navigation bursts. These counters use the same daily HMAC identifier and do not retain plaintext IP addresses. Shared networks may receive a temporary pause with a retry time. Navigation counters are not written to the database. These controls supplement hosting protection and do not guarantee prevention of all distributed attacks.
