Who it is for and what is included
Maintenance planners and technical leads.
Level: Intermediate. Includes instructions, recording fields, a fictional example and reference sources.
How to use it
- List components and tasks using the current manual, history and approved risk assessment.
- Define each interval basis: calendar, cycles, condition or another documented criterion. Do not copy intervals from another mold without validation.
- State the procedure, required competence, approved spare parts and acceptance criterion. Keep tasks with insufficient information under review.
- Record completion and findings. Review the plan after changes or recurring failures through technical approval.
Fictional example
