Getting started

  1. Save a copy. Open the Spanish file in Word or Excel, or compatible software. Keep an original copy.
  2. Read the guide and example. Instructions, field descriptions, limitations and fictional examples are included in Spanish.
  3. Use the editable work areas. In Word, replace the placeholders and copy the template pages you need. In Excel, edit the blue cells in Configuración and Registro; keep formula cells intact.
  4. Review and share. Check incomplete rows, calculations, dates and private information before saving or sending a copy.
